Ordering from Yupoo: how it works, step by step
Yupoo isn't a shop: it's a photo album site where sellers show their items. Here's how you go from an album to a parcel at your door.
1. Find the item
Each seller has their own Yupoo album, with thousands of photos and little search. Yupa gathers the albums of 200+ sellers and lets you search by brand, type, price in euros and size.
2. Get the buy link
In the album description, many sellers put a Weidian, Taobao or 1688 link: that's the real sales page. Others sell via WhatsApp or WeChat: message them with the item reference and size.
3. Use an agent
These sites rarely ship to Europe. An agent buys for you in China, receives the item at their warehouse, shows you inspection photos, then ships the parcel. You paste the buy link into the agent and they handle the rest.
4. Check before shipping
- Look at the warehouse quality-check (QC) photos: size, colour, finish.
- Group several items in one parcel to pay less shipping.
- Remember customs: €3 per item category for a parcel under €150.
5. Pick the right time
During Chinese New Year everything stops for two to three weeks. Around 11.11, delays get longer. Yupa's calendar tells you when to order.
Yupa sells nothing and takes no commission: every item links to its seller, at the seller's price.
