KakoBuy spreadsheet, CNFans spreadsheet: what the sheet doesn't tell you

Updated 31/10/2026

You typed “KakoBuy spreadsheet” or “CNFans spreadsheet” and landed on dozens of Google Sheets, each one sold as the best. We won't recommend one or link to one. We'll explain what they are, how people use them, and what the sheet never tells you: whether the link still works, what you'll really pay, and who gets a cut of your order.

In short

An agent spreadsheet is a shared Google Sheet that lists items with a photo, a price and a Weidian or Taobao link, often already turned into a CNFans, KakoBuy, ACBuy, MuleBuy or HooBuy link. Handy for ideas. But a sheet is a snapshot of one day: links die, prices move, sizes and the delivered price aren't there, and a lot of links pay the author a commission. On October 31, 2026, Yupa's search covered over 1.2 million listings across 220 Yupoo stores, with prices in euros.

What exactly is a spreadsheet?

The word just means a table. Among people who buy through an agent, it means a Google Sheet anyone can open. One row per item: a photo, a name, a price, often in yuan or dollars, and a link.

There's almost always one person behind it. A TikTok or YouTube creator, a Discord server mod, sometimes a small team. They spot items in Yupoo albums, grab the buy link on Weidian or Taobao and paste it into the sheet. The link is often converted to open at one specific agent. Hence the names: “CNFans spreadsheet”, “KakoBuy spreadsheet”, “ACBuy spreadsheet”.

If the difference between Yupoo, Weidian and Taobao isn't clear yet, start with Weidian, Taobao, 1688 and Yupoo: from album to buy link, step by step.

How people use them

The path is nearly always the same:

  • You open the sheet and pick a tab: shoes, jackets, accessories.
  • You spot a photo you like and a price that looks low.
  • You click the link, which takes you to the item page at the agent.
  • You pick size and colour and pay for the item. The agent buys it, receives it and shows you photos.
  • You bundle several items and pay for international shipping.

A spreadsheet doesn't replace the agent. It only saves you the “find the link” step. Everything else, from payment to customs, is in How to buy from Yupoo: from album to parcel at your door, in 5 steps.

Why so many links are dead

Click around an old sheet and you'll soon hit a blank page or an “item not found”. It's not always the author's fault. A seller removes an item, closes their Weidian store, opens a new one or changes a listing link. The row in the sheet stays exactly where it was.

A sheet run by one person ages even faster once that person moves on. On forums, the same advice keeps coming up: if the last update was months ago, expect a lot of dead links.

And it works the other way too: new items never make it in. On October 30, 2026, 13,705 listings had been posted in 30 days in the stores Yupa tracks (see Yupoo barometer). No hand-filled sheet keeps up with that.

The listed price isn't what you'll pay

A row's price is the price on the day it was added. Often in yuan, sometimes converted to dollars at an old rate. And it leaves out everything that comes after:

  • Shipping from the seller to the agent's warehouse in China.
  • International shipping, charged by weight and often rounded up to the next step.
  • Customs and VAT, unless you pick a line that includes them.
  • Extras: more photos, packaging, insurance.
  • And size, which isn't a price but can cost you: sheets rarely give the seller's size chart, and Chinese sizes don't match European ones (see Chinese sizes: a medium runs from 96 to 124 cm, here's how to get it right).

A real example: on October 31, 2026, a pair listed at ¥300, or €39.60 at the day's rate, cost at least €64.19 delivered to France, across 93 options compared by our calculator Delivered price calculator. A sheet would have shown you ¥300 and nothing else.

The referral links you don't see

Look at the full address of a spreadsheet link before you click. Very often you'll find a bit like “ref=” or “invite” followed by a string of letters and numbers. That's a referral code: the agent pays the sheet's author a share of what you spend.

It's not illegal, and it doesn't always change your price. But it changes the question you should ask. A sheet that pushes one agent isn't necessarily doing it because that agent is the best. Maybe that's the one paying. Same goes for pages ranking “the best spreadsheet”: many are mass-copied pages built to grab clicks.

To compare agents without that bias, read KakoBuy, CNFans, ACBuy, MuleBuy, HooBuy: shopping agents compared, then our reviews: Is KakoBuy legit? What we actually checked, Is CNFans legit? What an up-to-date search does better

The problem with a sheet is that it's frozen. A search starts from the sellers' own albums. That's what Yupa does. On October 31, 2026, it covered:

  • over 1.2 million Yupoo listings;
  • 220 tracked stores;
  • the seller's price converted to euros, not an old yuan figure;
  • the delivered price, shipping and customs included, with Delivered price calculator comparing agents line by line;
  • the seller's link, with no referral code, to paste at whichever agent you like.

If you still use a spreadsheet

A sheet can still be a starting point. Before you trust it, run it through these checks:

  • Look for the last update date. No date, or one that's months old: be careful.
  • Click five links at random. If several are dead, nobody maintains the sheet anymore.
  • Read the address of each link. A referral code isn't a disaster, but now you know who gets paid.
  • Go back to the seller's album. The price and photos should match what the seller shows today.
  • Work out the delivered price before paying, with your address and a realistic weight.
  • Never pay to access a sheet, and never hand over a login to see one.
  • Ask the agent for QC photos before shipping, wherever the link came from (see QC photos: GL or RL? The checklist before your parcel ships).

Where does Yupa fit in?

Yupa has no ties to CNFans, KakoBuy, ACBuy, MuleBuy or HooBuy, and takes no commission from any agent. We don't run a spreadsheet and we don't recommend one. We search the sellers' albums, show the price in euros and the delivered price, and you pick your agent afterwards.

Type what you're looking for into Yupa: you see what sellers offer today, not what they offered the day someone filled in a sheet.

Frequently asked questions

What is a CNFans spreadsheet?

A shared Google Sheet listing items with a photo, a price and a link that opens at the CNFans agent. Same idea for KakoBuy, ACBuy, MuleBuy or HooBuy. It's kept up by hand, often by a creator, and ages fast.

Why are so many spreadsheet links dead?

Because sellers remove items, switch stores or change links, and the sheet doesn't update itself. The older the last update, the more dead links you'll find.

Is the spreadsheet price the final price?

No. It's the item price on the day the row was added, often in yuan. You still have shipping in China, international shipping, customs and VAT. The Delivered price calculator calculator gives the delivered price, agent by agent.

Are spreadsheets free?

Most are open to anyone. The author often gets paid through referral codes hidden in the links. Be wary of any sheet that asks you to pay or hand over a login to see it.

Is there a Yupoo spreadsheet?

Yupoo is a photo catalogue, not a store, so a “Yupoo spreadsheet” usually lists buy links found in albums. Yupa does the same job as an up-to-date search: on October 31, 2026, over 1.2 million listings in 220 stores, with prices in euros.
